The Minnesota PVA Chapter of the Paralyzed Veterans of America is always seeking new members to join our organization. If you have a spinal cord injury or spinal cord disease and an honorable discharge from the U.S. Armed Forces; you may be eligible for membership. Please contact the MNPVA office at 612-725-2263 or 1-800-663-6782 and we will mail you a membership application form in the mail or fill out the attached form and mail it to the following address:
